Product Introduction
The Zoomlion 70-meter aerial platform fire truck has a number of independent innovative technologies, such as a lifting boom with a mixed complex polygonal thin-walled section, a multi-stage telescopic mechanism and cable conveying system, a non-powered self-weight lowering system for the lifting boom, a trapezoidal sub-frame and a large-span multi-stage outrigger structure. The whole vehicle has large power reserve, strong bearing capacity, good acceleration performance, flexible driving, and is safe and agile. It is designed with a complete water system composed of a large-flow water pump, water tank, foam system and fire-fighting infusion pipeline, and can lift to a height of 70 meters to complete fire-fighting operations alone. The large-capacity equipment box allows various types of equipment to be stored centrally by category, and the equipment is easy to access. It meets the multiple functional requirements of integrated actual combat fire-fighting operations, and its technical level is internationally leading.

Excellent Performance Chassis
It adopts the 5P450 10??4 heavy-duty chassis from Scania, Sweden. The cab is wide, the engine displacement is large, the driving torque is large, the speed range is wide, the climbing ability is strong, and the start is fast.
Safe and Efficient Rescue System
The working height is 70 meters. The boom adopts 6 telescopic main booms + 2 telescopic folding booms + 1 flying boom, with fast action speed, wide operation range and strong obstacle-surmounting ability. The human bionic structure boom, the curved boom and the flying boom can be folded and unfolded, and can easily cross obstacles for rescue. The folding boom has a first-level telescopic function and can approach the target point smoothly.
Strong Fire-fighting Ability
It has a complete fire-fighting system composed of its own water tank, foam tank, water pump, water monitor and water pipeline. Under a pressure of 1.8 MPa, the system can reach a flow rate of 3100 liters per minute.
Flexible Operation and High Degree of Intelligence
The human-computer interaction interface is humanized designed, and the operation points are distributed in three places, which is convenient for operation. A 7″ high-brightness color display is installed at the rear of the vehicle to display the working status of the lower vehicle in real time. The panel simulates the waterway structure diagram, which is simple and easy to understand. The outrigger operation is remotely controlled by wire, which is convenient for observation.
