Supported by the 12th Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Program, the DG113 aerial platform fire truck took 3 years of research and development and 9 months of manufacturing. It is a product independently developed by Zoomlion with full intellectual property rights, representing that the technical level of China’s high-altitude fire rescue equipment has reached the world’s advanced level, and some key technologies have reached the international leading level.
The maximum operating height of this truck reaches 113 meters, the maximum operating range reaches 32 meters, and the rated load capacity is 450kg. It is equipped with a large-flow high-pressure on-board fire pump with an outlet pressure of 2.5MPa. At a height of 111 meters, it can achieve a flow rate of 65L/s and a range of 80 meters. It is suitable for rescue and fire fighting in large high-rise and super high-rise buildings above 35 floors. In addition, this truck can also be used in high-altitude operation projects such as urban high-rises, wind power, oil fields, communications, astronomy, and meteorology for installation, maintenance, and inspection, and has been widely used in the development of modern cities.

Optimal Boom Action Planning Function
By teaching through one manual operation, the target position G for rescue is obtained. Combined with real-time center of gravity analysis and detection, within the obtained dynamic interval boundary body, the optimal path (considering multiple objectives such as time, safety, and comfort) between the initial position S and the target position G is solved, and it is converted into boom coordination actions through a certain strategy, which are automatically controlled by the controller.
Comfortable Working Bucket Vibration Control
A fuzzy membership function is constructed based on a large number of experiments and expert experience, and fuzzy control is performed with this function to achieve optimal acceleration control of the working bucket, fully reflecting the product’s humanized design concept.
